Norwood Court Example: Site Preparation
Two-thirds of the original 15,000 square feet was taken up by a residential tennis court. This made site preparation easier because the ground was already level and graded. After removing the tennis court asphalt, the entire site was cleared of undergrowth and graded. The foundation for the two-unit townhouse was then excavated, and a partially above-grade basement was built with poured concrete walls.
